We are going on a road trip to Chicago on Sunday. Dear hubby decided to drive us to The Windy City for Mother’s Day treat. Thanks dear. I am so looking forward to this trip, would be great to get a little break from this wicked pollen in East TN. We will be back in town on Thursday. Hopefully the weather changes and a nice Mother's Day shopping therapy(LOL) would help me to recovered from my allergy faster. :-)

Wow, have a nice trip to Chicago! My husband hates driving in the Chicago city...it's stressful. So, we did go up to Chicago suburb last year for Malaysian's Merdeka Picnic but not to the city. I would have love to go window-shopping(abis tekda duit kan...heheheh) and taste the culinary on that one street (apa tu nama, with Asian food and all).

Actually Doug hates driving in Chicago. It came as a suprised to me when out of the blue, he suggested to go on this trip two months ago. I have been trying to persuade him to drive to Chicago since we were still living in MO but he just ignored me sampai saya give up...hehe!
