Strawberry Plant!

My hubby has given me a nice surprise when he came home for lunch today. He bought a strawberry plant for me. I am pretty excited about it. Not really sure where I am going to plant it yet. Perhaps, I am going to plant it in one of my big pot as the one I plant earlier did not seem to make it.

I did plant strawberries root in these pots about two months ago. Looks like there is no sign of any plants to come out anytime soon. :-(

Hi!. Wonder is it due to all the strange weather worldwide.. All the plants are taking longer than usual to germinate. ARghs.. my poor plants!

Good luck. Hope those strawberries grow soon!

Wow... so nice. How I wish I could plant that in M'sia. I love gardening. I've planted red chilly, cili padi, french beans and basil. However, after having a baby, I stopped my gardening activities and all my plants died. Till now, still couldn't find time to do any gardening stuff. :(

Plant it on the ground, Hilda. I did in my old house (huge bed) and in my new house (just a few). The last time I left it in the pot, big pot, it died. After the winter, no more plants. On the ground, the plant will come out every year and you can enjoy the fruits. I shared it in my blog too. Good luck kio.

I hope you will enjoy the fruits every year. The secret is, in the ground, got cacing, in the pot, no cacing. My silly reason bah tu. hahaha
